In this week's Miracle Launcher, I invited you all to share where you find yourself inclined to "Push the Pomegranate" to make a project gestate faster than it naturally can. When you picture your project as a developing pomegranate (or whatever image you like best) in the natural world, what do you notice about the true time-line of your project? And as a developing pomegranate, what is your project needing right now in order to keep growing in its natural rhythm?
And of course feel free to ask any question at all about the "Pushing the Pomegranate" article this week.
Can't wait to see your posts- the more examples we see from each other, the more we'll be able to spot them for our selves...

Tell us about your inner superwoman...
Hey Ladies, add your comment to this post to let us know what you named your inner superwoman, what kind of super-threads she wears and anything else you want to include about what helps her stay in her true superwoman power (see article below for details) and out of superhuman leap-tall-buildings mode.
Can't wait to meet them...

Help for your inner superwoman
Extraordinary Woman Dilemma: You think you're superwoman. It's that part of you that thinks you can do everything. You're exhausted from trying to do everything and you also logically know that you can't, but you haven't been successful at getting yourself to let go of doing it ALL. You know it's ridiculous to be operating from this superwoman attitude, but you just can't seem to shake it.
What There Is For You To Know: You can't shake your superwoman attitude because it's a true part of who you are. And you can't shake what you truly are. But wait- aren't we supposed to fess up and recognize that we aren't really superwomen?! Isn't trying to be a superwoman unrealistic? Well, yes and no...
Your TRUE inner superwoman is that core part of you that is spirited and impassioned for what you are creating in the world. It's like when you remember what you're really doing all of this for- a dedicated belief in the service you offer, a vision of your business supporting your ideal personal life, and the list goes on. Your true inner superwoman is vibrantly alive, turned on and glowing with boundless life energy for these things that matter most.
Keep the Cool Outfit, Skip The Superhuman Acts: Unfortunately, we've got this image in our culture of what you do with impassioned life energy- use it all and use it now. Leap tall buildings, go faster than a speeding bullet, stop runaway trains with one hand while dousing burning buildings with the other. Your inner superwoman, with all her impassioned energy, is thinking, "Ahh, do it all and do it now- I've got boundless energy, so that must be the job for me!"
But your inner superwoman's true job is much simpler than that: to keep you connected to that boundless, vibrantly-alive, core energy. Because there is wisdom there. The minute she gets distracted by that leap-tall-buildings stuff, that's the minute when you get off course with your true wisdom and power.
Try It On The Fly: Get to know your inner superwoman by giving her a name and a great outfit (because every super lady needs a super-fly ensemble). My inner superwoman is named Lovely Lisa and she wears green army pants (she's got a little bit of rebel in her), comfortable t-shirts and a glowing pendant over her heart that lights up when something feels right.
Next time you notice yourself stuck on trying to "do it all", recognize that's your inner superwoman getting confused about her role. To get her off the top of that skyscraper, take a moment to reconnect with what she is really about- that core part of you that is spirited and impassioned for the service you offer, or the vision of your business supporting your ideal personal life, etc. Notice how this place, while vibrating with excitement, also has a quiet calm to it. Steep in that for a minute or even a few seconds. Then ask yourself from this place, "What is truly important right now? And what is bottom-line humanly possible for me to do?"
Tips For Trouble-shooting: Having trouble connecting with that spirited, impassioned place that is also quiet and calm? No worries, just focus on recognizing your inner superwoman- giving her a name and a great outfit that fits her "vibe" is an excellent place to start. When you get in "do-it-all" mode, just hang out with her and see what you notice. Be curious about recognizing that impassioned place within you that she represents and see what you find...
